The hotel room was surprisingly spacious, almost like a studio apartment, which was a pleasant surprise. The design of the hotel, including the room and balcony, was better than most hotels I've stayed in. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to assist us when my boyfriend left his wallet in the room one day.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

I loved the spacious room with a beautiful view at sunset. The hotel staff was super helpful in sending a box back to Tokyo, and they even kept my lost wallet safe at the reception. The location was perfect, close to a train station and a local supermarket.
For us, it was ideal.

Our group of friends had an amazing stay in a well, located hotel. We had easy access to the bustling Dōtonbori area, as it was conveniently located near metro and multiple train stations. the room was spacious, clean, and contained comfortable beds. We were impressed with the attentive and friendly service we received from the front desk and housekeeping staff. the Japanese, style breakfast provided by the hotel was tasty and authentic, giving us a true local experience. the hotel amenities such as the coin washing and drying machine, and the provided internet device were an added bonus.

The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The bathroom was clean and modern. We really enjoyed using the remote control to adjust different features of the room. The hotel was situated in a great area with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It was easy to feel like a local and meet new people.
The bed was disappointingly small and uncomfortable. It was a letdown considering how big the room was. The hotel building seemed like it may have been originally designed as apartments which made it feel a bit stark. Additionally, the hotel was a bit further from major tourist attractions which made it a bit inconvenient to travel back and forth.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to a metro station, making it easy to get around the city. the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and speak English well. the room is very modern, spacious and clean, with a kitchenette and large bathroom.
The bed is a bit too hard for me, and the breakfast is quite limited with not many options for vegetarians. there are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket next door.
